Very annoying little things. On par with the million and one sites that
ask you to "register" before you can use them, even though there is absolutely
no advantage to be had out of this for the user...
I may have suggested this before but I'll mention it again. For all those
people who are serious about keeping their web privacy from every site they
visit it would be good to compile a set off tools. The idea would be for
example to have a "cookieedit" tool similar to "regedit" which would display
the info stored on your harddrive so that you can edit it at will. Or send
default responses to well-known sites, such as a poem or a political message or
your choice.
