So is chinaelections, which is a Carter Center spinoff, and which lists a
Beijing address, being blocked? They are certainly pushing the Ma Bin
letter. If they are not being blocked, why? And could we link
to them for the letter, saying that it can be found there, but without
posting the text ourselves, as Frank suggested? Would that make any
difference?
