On  12/13/99, Stiens Eric logged on  and ended up relaying this through a
little-known Microsoft open mail server to the North Korean Central
Committee who in turn forwarded it to me:

Might I suggest that anyone suggesting any course of activism that might
upset some delicate sensitivity, or trip the chip in some rat's head to
take appropriate steps to anonymize their identity?

Does the list accept mail from remailers?
