Not directly....

Let's hear 'em state that they will cease the reciprocal agreements whereby
we give England the files on their citizens, and they give us the data on
ours.

This circumvension has been going on for decades and is a travesty of the
rule of law.

This is an issue that needs to be brought to the table, the systematic
breaking of the law...
