Also, keep in mind, that just b/c your READING about said organization
in the paper, doesn't mean that its true, meaning, that certain acronym
organizations has made it a taboo to talk to the press or any "world
wide distribution entity".

So, unless your seeing the budget dollars and what is being spent where,
its mostly a pipe dream...even if someone "anonymous named source"
spouts off about budgets...
