One thing that is really pushing the powers that
be into an attempt to limit or regulate the net
is the issue of copyright.  A discussion in this
direction might be viable....
This of course includes all elements of intellectual
property, and not just copyright in and of itself.
Fair useage quotes.....what constitutes a fair usage
quote..etc.
I have a feeling this will be of very intense interest in
the near future, a very touchy subject
