Well, it's political activism o'er digital networks, in theory.  Which
by 
my definition of hacktivism makes it a perfect fit ... also, I'm not
sure 
if _Mexican_ federal laws are the same as _US_ federal laws (where you
are, 
I guess) .. or Australian laws (where I am).
