perhaps choke carnivore day IS jed ii...

but certainly it seems like it would take away from such an endeavor's credibility to try the mass-keyword thing again...we found out that echelon does not rely on such to function [perhaps is supplemented] and we know from the get go that carnivore does not either...

so let's work on INCREASING credibility instead of decreasing it...

yes, we did a good job last year of publicizing echelon but this should be different...it would be too easy to make us out kooks for assuming that ALL online surveillance endeavors rely on keywords...
