I agree that we need some form of selection, I have been giving that some
thought and I am composing a form that will require filling out before
membership shall be approved, but I don't believe that shall be enough. Do
you have any suggestions?
My vision as stated in an eloquent e-mail that was lost when my browser
crashed (grrrr) was fully explained, I will have to recover what (if any)
is left and send it on..

PS. Whoever it was thank you for the Intelligentsia info, I wondered if I
had the correct meaning. It just didn't feel right, I of course meant
Intelligence.
