A company called "Ontrack" claimed that they were capable of reading datas
on drive after several format.

I am a trainee in a french company working for Military and others avionics
companies (like Boeing or Airbus) : old servers hard drives are either destructed
(with a very strong method :-) ) or put into high-security places. This is
done on the demand of clients who wants maximum security (specifically
militaries).
