Hi,


I'm just interested in the Echelon system and what people should do against
it. I am a journalist trying to write an article about what hacktivists and
internet users can do
- to protect their communication against Echelon (is a PGP cryptography
efficient?)
- to try and crash Echelon (is a mail-based campaign likely to crash
Echelon?)

A french internet user group(www.akawa.org) wants to sue Echelon. They went
to court in Paris, arguing that Echelon doesn't respect basic human rights
principles and laws (freedom of speech, ...). Do you believe that they have
any chance?
