Thanks for the link.

I should have been more specific. The Sept. issue hasn't yet been
uploaded to online journal databases (at least to the ones I get CAS
through: Metapress and Ingenta). So those of us with no access to the
paper journal are out of luck at the moment. Since the Dec. issue is
out, this seems a bit strange.
