Has anyone else had the experience of suddenly coming to a deeper
understanding of a concept first understood in English after
reading/hearing it in Chinese? Case in point: the draft 'Property Law'
currently being discussed in China is translated as 'wuquan fa.'
So it looks like this Property Law is the legal realization of the
enshrinement of private property in the constitution. If you haven't
