Here is a case of legit hacktivism, althought not directly involving
hackers or hacking one bit. It's more of an online activism. This is how
things should be approached when something like this happens. RTMark has
not only alienated itself from the hacker scene for their remarks, but it
appears eToy.Com themselves want nothing more to do with them either. Well
I won't repeat then entire article here, I'll let you all have some brain
exercise and read it yourself.

And to anyone who might of thought our legal system is totaly useless, and
failed in this case, take a second look. Now that eToy is getting some
support, their case is starting to get stronger. EFF has stepped in, as
well as one of the chairmen of Infoseek, and other powerful online icons.
This is going to be an important battle which will no doubt set a
presedence that will be followed for these types of cases for years to
come. Lets all just hope it has a positive outcome.

If you are truely interested in helping, why not contact EFF or others
involved and voice your support and offer your help. There are other
methods open to hacktivists besides hacking.
