I have seen something I believe to be echelon. It
resides about 11 miles from where I am now. It
was less than 1 mile from where I grew up. We
were one of the closest neighbors allowed to live
near it. The land it sits on was bought by
unknown entities, and the site holds an
interesting machine that humms all the time with
a frequency level that gives some of us
nosebleeds if we dare to approach it.
Tinitus, nausia, more. The incidence of cancer in
many forms, resulting in death in that small rural
community is 100% so far.Even what appeared to be
death by natural causes, cancer was detected after
death.(I have lukemia,as do several others,I am
the last survivor of that brand so far.I am in
remission until next year.) The site in question
was one metal(?) it looked metal, square block
buildind set into cement, grey in colour, with no
signs,plates,or plaques prononcing it's origins
or owners, nor any bit of information about
it.next to the nondescript grey box is a greyish
white sattelight dish.this turns infrequently.
there are several such mysterous non existant
structures that can be found as one heads tward
NY state. Some have towers like radio towers
included in the package. They never rust,or need
painting. They still look like new 30 some odd
years later.Still humming and making us sick.
The 20 ft high chain fence squarley surrounding
the 'equipment' is approximatly 20x20x20. a
perfect cube if it was not left open...(now
topped with barbed wire dusted with glass
fragments) and is electrified with a high
voltage, strong enough to stun most on contact and
strong enough to burn anyone foolhardy enough to
try to climb it. I know, I got burned many many
times trying to scale it.My last attempt I had to
go to hosp to get my nosebleed stopped.
Ocasionally dead birds fan be found in flocks
nearby. I have heard from many people here and in
the UK and australia whom have had similar
encounters with such non existant facilities. We
all agree...this must be the elusive Echelon.
Echelon is dangerous to more than our privacy.
I feel the same way about this as I do about
Nuclear activities. nuclear power MAY be a
wonderful thing...SomeDay. Not now. We do NOT
know how to handel it.That goes for radiation in
ALL forms.

screen)
