The right of freedom of speech is exactly that.  No getting around it. 
Even though we groan, the ACLU rightfully defends that for neo-Nazis.

That's not to say that I would necessarily highly critical if someone
busted the site just enough to post (or mail to users) something like
this: "Do you know the FBI keeps close watch on this site?  If you use
it, your name gets tacked to the FBI wall and ALL of your e-mail gets a
close look."  That wouldn't be over the line, would it?

Anything further right under the FBI's nose would be asking for
trouble.  If you consider it, you best get in and out without leaving
tippy-toe marks.  Otherwise, the unthinkable may happen: someone on this
forum gets jerked before a judge for illegally hacking a nutso site. 
And no one but the neo-Nazis and the FBI would have noticed.

Can't see that it's worth the risk, even without the freedom-of-speech
question.
