A mailing I got from Project Censored (@sonoma, can't
find URL, sorry) says that it's common knowledge that
we bombed the Chinese Embasy because they were working
as a telecommunications relay for the Serbs, passing
on both phone and computer transmissions.

The article I read focused more on the fact that US
Media wouldn't report on this easily confirmed piece
of knowledge, despite the fact that it was picked up
by every major newswire (AP, Reuters, ect.) and
front-paged most major European newspapers.

Don't know if this qualifies as electronic terrorism,
but it's certainly closely related, at least.
