my name is hatstand pincer movement

ive been on the list for a little while and i thought

i enjoy the discourse
im interested in the transmission of military
technology down into everyday life
if anyone has interesting examples ie: napoleon
offered a reward to anyone who could devise a method
of preserving food so that his armies may march on
