suspicious email

Hi, sorry i know this isn't a technical list but you all seem to be pretty
adept in the computer arena and I therefore ask your help.  I received an
email message today that was a combination of 3 very distinct and different
senders and messages in one mail.  It also seems that i lost some of the
intial material in the 3rd message.  Would anybody know how this is
possible? My isp won't  tell me how this could have happened.  All they
proposed was that I get my senders to send again.  AGHHH.
