he he....i am sure we could at least force echelon to vastly increase its 
budget by getting a thousand people to send out a thousand alerts asking 
people to send a thousand such emails but that just might be a bit of a 
task.  all we need to do is send out mass alerts imploring people to speak 
freely on the net.  it would take a lot less coordination and i think most 
people would find it appealing to think that by merely deciding to speak 
freely that we could slap the system pretty hard.  i think THAT would at 
least double echelon's workload.
