Low cost EMP devices.  Possibilities are endless and might help level the
playing field between the people and certain nameless war machines that
are overly dependent upon senstive electronics.

I think, also... the media's playing up the "InfoWar" aspect, some calls
to add such hardware store items to the Brady Bill, and the possible use
by "terrorists" all kind of shows where they want to stick a non-violent
tool for disruption.
