Recombinant Networks

Recombinant networks must attempt to work on a polyspacial levels
by
whatever means necessary. Los redes are already moving across the
soft
architectures of technoculture openning spaces of digital
activism. These
networks as Tamara has pointed out need to promote low-bandwith
access for local nodes and auto-translation programs for all. We
must also
be able to create a digital infrasturcture that moves within
different spacial
zones. Between no-tech, lo-tech and hi-tech that can slip between
media
forms, time zones, and geographic locations.
Recombinant networks must also continue to do research into the
use of
speed and singularities. As Stefan has argued--we must also allow
our
configurations to include nomadic individuals and micro-groups to
gain
access to as many T1's as possible. To provide the networks with
a
hyper-backbone infrastructure that can offer radical democratic
flows an
arena of contestation that can face the electronic bunkers head
on.
We are always/already bound to a difficult course, that will
become even
more difficult down the road--so yes let us gather
