OK I'm up for it. We'll have to delay it for a few months to get the
"snowball" of support rolling. I reckon Jam Echelon Day was very effective
in raising awareness, even if it didn't damage Echelon itself.

An official website (echelon2k.org or something) would be great, and press
releases would get lots of coverage from mainstream computer magazines and
