Hey all,

I have a question to anyone out there who's following this thread about the
filtering of Internet web pages and the blocking of web sites.

Let's say I'm a company who finds out my e-commerce website has been "blocked"
inadvertently (or suspiciously/wrongly) by a particular piece of software. Do I
have any legal recourse against the company who makes this software? (For loss
of revenue or something?) And do my options change if the blocker is a public
institution? (Univ, gov, etc.)

Anybody know of any case precedent?

Any help is appreciated,
