Y2k BUG ATTACKS NRO SATELLITE.  The only significant failure of a US
government computer system reported so far caused a temporary failure in
the ability to download the "take" from one of more US reconnaissance
satellites.  After this ocurred at 7pm local time on Friday (midnight
zulu), Pentagon officials continued to assure reporters there were no
glitches.
