This was going to be added to a future newsletter
but there is so much going on, and I believe it is a
proper forum to bring these many threads together
as they can be seen as a whole entity rather than in
discreet, divided parts - of an event that starts to take
on a recognizable shape which has long been held
as a hypothesis: that cultural decisions are, at their
base, electromagnetic in some fundamental sense
of the policies being forged in economics, social,
and political representation (such as the use of a
media campaign or the internet in a representing
of ideas). It may be a temporary view, in otherwise
multiply complex scenarios, and yet when it is to
involve oil, war, energy policy, WMD, nuclear war-
weapons- and terrorism, WMD inspections, forged
uranium documents as a pre-text for war, profiteers
in energy, secret energy policy held up for four years
of public inquiry in a strange non-recusal by Supreme
Court Justice who just happens to be duckhunting with
the VP on oil-land, Enron, destruction and looting of
Iraqi oil and infrastructures by all, the death of people
as all of this is held up by bureaucracies in some kind
of formalistic vacant proceduralism that is costing lives,
the risking of national and international security, the
involvement of potential treasonous actions from the
highest levels of elected and non-elected government,
and atop this the threat of an attack 'hit and hit hard'
in such a context in which power has free unchecked
reign, and to revert to some funny notion of 'trust me'
government while the President is doing Q&A for over
one hour on potential connections to the leaker, the
same day the VP goes on swearing rampage, well...
It's all too operatic, electromagnetically so, to let go...

VP) EM issues and the .US Vice President

00) --commentary--

This newsletter is being pre-empted to address myriad stories
that link the .US vice president with electromagnetic issues
in the news, spanning from the successful judicial blocking of
releasing the Energy Task Force documents (VP & Judge Scalia
went out duck hunting ethics), the outing of a WMD expert in
retaliation for debunking claims of uranium, a cause used for
launching the war in Iraq, and mention of kickbacks setup for
Halliburton, speculated by most all, responded to by the VP
with swearing in the Senate, language described as a result
of 'having a bad day' when, in fact, it would seem he would
be happy to not release the Energy Task Force Records, said
to be a BIG Victory. Oh, forget to mention-- President Bush
was questioned on this very same day about the leaking of a
CIA agent's name to the press, it's a bad day for someone...

Court Won't Order Cheney Papers Released // a threat to international

'The Supreme Court refused Thursday to order the Bush administration
to make public secret details of Vice President Dick Cheney's energy
task force, but kept the case alive by sending it back to a lower
court.' .. 'Justices said 7-2 that a lower court should consider
whether a federal open government law could be used to get documents of
the task force.'

[and] Cheney Gets New Hearing on Energy Task Force Records (Update2) //

'The U.S. Supreme Court gave Vice President Dick Cheney a new chance
to argue against turning over records from his energy task force to
advocacy groups that say the panel was influenced by corporations.'
.... 'Cheney argued that having to disclose who attended the meetings
would violate the U.S. Constitution's separation of powers between the
executive and judicial branches of government...'

// people are dying every hour now. four years and this has not been
dealt with,
// using the courts to stall public transparency of public legislation
that can

result. if
// the judges cannot recognize public privelege of a state's right to
exist and

outcomes and it
// is the courts invalidity of the legal system that is called into

// and has repeatedly been brought up, for four years -- and the world
has gone
// down a sinkhole and executive privelege is given over to the most

those who
// may serve the public interest -- but this is not serving the public
// it is serving halliburton, enron, and Vice President Cheney over the

[and] Supreme Court Refuses to Order Cheney to Release Energy Papers //

'The Supreme Court handed a major political victory to the Bush
administration today, ruling 7 to 2 that Vice President Dick Cheney is
not obligated, at least for now, to release secret details of his
energy task force.' .... 'By sending the case back to the lower federal
courts, the majority removed a significant political headache for
President Bush and Vice President Cheney. As a practical matter, the
outcome today means that the final resolution will not come until well
after the November elections.'

// one would think that on the same day as the Energy Task Force files
are given
// supreme judicial coverup, that this would be a 'good day' for the
VP, though
// maybe not. also, President Bush was questioned for over an hour on
the outing
// of a CIA agent on this very day. the story below says Cheney had a
'bad day.'

[and] Cheney curses senator over Halliburton criticism // via

'Cheney, who as president of the Senate was present for the picture
day, turned to Leahy and scolded the senator over his recent criticism
of the vice president for Halliburton's alleged war profiteering.' ....
'"I think he was just having a bad day," said [Vermont Sen.] Leahy,...'

[related] Bush questioned over CIA leak // nuclear, WMD, forgery, cause
for war.

'A week after Mr Wilson's article appeared, Ms Plame was exposed by
journalist Robert Novak, who said he based his report on two
unidentified senior administration officials.'

// search for 'all documents related to middle-east oil' and all
// including why the Dept. of Commerce had Iraqi Oil Field maps in the
// including timelines, prior to inauguration, and the outline of each
// in terms of the agenda, and selective subpoenas of minutes based on
// and doing so based on protecting .US national security and a 'need
to know.'
// for instance, if Halliburton were involved in the Energy Task Force
and in
// the corruption of Iraqi Oil contracts, it would then make sense that
the maps
// and documents discovered prior to and after Paul O'Neill's (Sec. of
// disclosure of oilfield maps of Iraq and Saudi Arabia on day #1 of
the newly
// re-minted administration would be an actual LINK between overlapping

not on the
// Energy Task Force, so too with Halliburton and the California Energy
// and the corporate extortion scheme, these links already exist in the
// % of trillion dollars vanish, a bankrupted and crippled nation is
not enough?

Cheney's win: More than legal -- He and Bush score a political victory,

'The justices assailed the sweeping request for documents by the
Sierra Club and Judicial Watch, calling it “unbounded in scope” and
“anything but appropriate.”' .. 'Cheney’s adversaries, the court said,
had asked for “everything under the sky.”' .... 'That harsh language is
a telling indication that the appeals court, when it re-hears the case,
will not allow Cheney’s foes many of the documents they want.' ....
'Duffy called the court’s scathing description of the request for
documents “extraordinary.”'

floor, congressional aides said on Thursday.' .. 'The incident
occurred on Tuesday in a terse discussion between the two that touched
