  [wish I could cut & paste the news-short from
  the Drudge Report, as Drudge summed this up as
  'Impacting Hard' in relation to what is stated
  as a change in the .US admin's policy towards
  acknowledging negative effects in relation to
  what is associated with 'global warming'... in
  tomorrow's NYTime's, Drudge states that the .US
  Admin is shifting policy. this is unsubstantiated
  and may _not be an accurate statement. but if it
  were, it could be an enormous and positive move
  to bring the energy policy in line with rhetoric,
  doing what is needed to enact needed changes now.
