[have been trying not to forward the regular calls
and conferences and events info, as most of it is
tertiary, and most of it, is on lists where people
who are most related to the announcement can find it.
yet, sometimes there is one that crosses boundaries,
and thus it is being sent not for its temporal event,
as few would likely be able to participate, yet, its
content is quite unique and thus here it is, as the
idea of early EM devices and instruments are of great
interest, especially when seen as working artifacts
of ideas upon which today's society is based. ~e.org]
