  from my understanding, 'tactical' weaponry is for battlefield warfare,
  unlike 'strategic nukes' which are long-range, continental missiles.

  another story about nuclear backpacks, an interesting story of someone
  stopped in the middleeast with one strapped to their back, and the range
  of 3-5 kilotons (hiroshima was 15kilotons, i think it said in the above url)
