publishing help

Does anyone know of Beijing publishers who might be interested in doing
my book? Fast Boat to China: Corporate Flight and the Consequences of
Free Trade--Lessons from Shanghai, which was published by Pantheon last
year. It's been translated, but I have not been able to get any Shanghai
publishers to commit, largely, I've been told, because everything is
still frozen in the wake of the political shakedown. Any help is much
appreciated.
