anyone know where Richard Smith is?

Hi all,

Sorry for the sudden flood of posts. I was wondering if anyone knew 
where Richard Smith is? The Richard Smith that wrote The Chinese Road to 
Capitalism NLR (1993) and Creative Destruction: Capitalist Development 
and China's Environment NLR (1997). I heard he was teaching at Rutgers 
for a while, but he now seesm to have dropped below google's resolution.
