Hi Ann, Alex, and zhongguo list, Attached is a more recent version of Harvey's paper--he has made some changes in this version, including his citation of Wang Hui's work. I'm not sure whether the attached file will come through on the zhongguo list (there used to be a restriction on the size of one's message and messages going beyond the limit would be blocked).
