Sorry, I did not see this message before I sent out my own just a few minutes 
ago.  I would be willing to talk to someone at MR, though I have not been in 
touch with them for a long time now, so I do not know how effective it would 
be.  But I think it would be best in any event to have a clearer idea of what 
the proposal is before doing so, and who on our end would be willing to work on 
the project if they prove interested.
