arguably, this could be a pretty cut-and-dry case. 
Etoy has had the domain for several years longer than
etoys, and etoys offered to buy it for a fair sum (as
far as websites go), when that failed, they go into
big-bully corporation mode and try to take it.

I wonder if etoy could sue etoys for trying to hijack
HIS traffic?  he was, after all, there first.

It's too bad that we give such consideration to big
buisness
