One thing that you or the union should do is to get the
malloryhotel.net domain as well. NSI says it is currently available.
If the malloryhotel.com people were serious about wanting to protect
their trademark they would have already taken that additional domain.
Another thing to do would be to get another set of domains (something
like malloryhotelstrike.com) and set up either a satiric site of the
original .com site or recreate your current site with all of your own
work. Take a photo of the hotel and replace the one they say you
stole from them. Recreate all HTML code from scratch.
