Wait, so I don't follow.

Does that mean that any household name (ie. Clinton,
Pitt, Dole, Eastwood, ect.) is (effectively)
immediately trademarked (for the purpose of domain
name registration)?  

So in order to sue the bastard who got miak.com, all I
really have to do is get famous?

Am I off the mark here, or is that essentially what
you said, Tom?
