Stealth Software Rankles Privacy Advocates

Basically, its some software that monitors keyboard and application
activity and emails it to the Boss. Hopefully, some diligent
hacktivists will come up with a program to atleast alert people of when
its present on a machine, and perhaps how to circumvent it.

...
Ever notice how we give corporations control over our lives that we would
never allow a government to take. People would be
screaming "Totalitarian Dictatorship" if our key strokes
and applications on our home computers, libaries, net cafes
and public kiosks were logged and sent to some bureacrat
somewher to review for illegal activity. Hypothetically, atleast I have
a vote in government, so it *might* be a little more accountable to me
than the average top-down hierarchical corporation. Now a union can
potentially democratize the workplace. Don't let your civil rights lapse
when you punch the clock... maybe you should punch the boss?
