Subject: They're listening.

The U$ senate approves funds for listening devises to be placed on Austin, 
Texas street corners.  This is to test the feasibility of doing so in other 
U$ cities.  Supposedly, the mics are to be used to triangulate the position 
of gun shots thus reducing crime.  Hmmm.  So are they are going to reduce 
crime by waiting for it to be committed?  Seems a little late after the gun 
is fired.  But then, I'm sure they can always find another use for the 
system.
