Hi,

There are several places to get a lot of different programs, I wouldn't say the best ones are all in US though..

The obvious place to start is:
http://www.pgpi.org

Another killersite with loads of PGP downloadables:
ftp://ftp.zedz.net/pub/crypto/pgp/

Another may be:
http://packetstorm.securify.com/crypt/

Some general information I found on sites as:
http://home.mpinet.net/pilobilus/ComSec2.htm
http://www.stack.nl/~galactus/remailers/index-security.html
http://user.tninet.se/~fnf720g/leirus/links.htm

After you've filled up your hd with PGP versions you may wanna get SSH programs, source code, remailer klient software, disk scrampling software, telephone encryption software, personal firewalls, intrusion detection systems and more...

Maybe we can get back to those subjects later on ;)

Vincent

PS
You should remember to not use *nix PGP generating your first keypair (bug), PGPdisk before version 602(bug) or use version of PGP older than 658("bug") WITHOUT also using pgprepair.exe to shech out for bogous keys(the last case).

Good luck.
