(who has never bothered to encrypt his email these past 13 years -- 
but does use file-based IDEA encryption, and does "do business" 
with SSL, and who is currently looking for suggestions on how to 
use PGP 2.6.3i with Win2k -- in particular how to set the PGPPATH 
environment variable, although he may reinstall with a 1Gb Win9x 
partition so he can play Quake and use LapLink and other DOS-
based programs)
