 I think it's a farce & that ticks me off. 
This IS a good idea & should be seriously done.
It is something badly needed in fact.
If someone is just out for a kick....I hope they
get one. where they need it most.

I canna find any evidence of it anywhere else.If
it was real,it would be screamingly obvious on
the  Main activism sites that gladly would
promote it...

Furthermore.....

IF it ever really does become reality..I hope
they pick a better name for it.<G>
