software engineering institute--military ties?

I'm looking for information on the ties between the Software 
Engineering Institute at Carnegie-Mellon University. A group in 
Pittsburgh is planning to do some civil disobedience, but they 
need leads on the actual actions taken by the institute.

Here's what is known now:

- We know they did the guidance system for the B2 bomber
- We suspect they got a big chunk of the most recent NMD research money
- We know they help do satellite C3I stuff and enable advanced
war-fighting

if anyone has any information or resources or even directions I 
could work towards, I would be very grateful.
