this through a little-known Microsoft open mail server to the North Korean
Central Committee who in turn forwarded it to me:

I wonder if they're blocking sites that their citizens can resolve?  Would
it be feasible to host sites for them on say, Geocities?  Where would one
advertise such a willingness?
